Job summary

ZP Connect seeks experienced ASL interpreters to deliver high-quality video relay, video remote interpreting, and on-site interpreting for diverse clients. You will uphold NAD-RID ethics, ensure accurate interpretation, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should be fluent in ASL and English, able to travel as needed, and complete required training. Roles offer flexible scheduling within a 12-hour weekly average commitment, with eligibility for

Qualifications

• Fluent ASL and spoken English required.
• Able to provide accurate interpretation.
• Understanding of Deaf culture and NAD-RID Code of Conduct.
• Three to five years of interpreting experience preferred.
• State licensure or state-required credentials as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality video relay/remote on-site interpreting.
• Support customers with professional, respectful communication.
• Maintain punctuality and accurate record keeping for shifts.
• Adhere to FCC regulations and company policies.
• Travel to client locations as required.
