Job summary

ZP Connect is seeking interpreters to provide high-quality ASL/English interpretation via video relay, video remote interpreting, and on-site at various locations. Fluency in ASL and spoken English, adherence to NAD-RID guidelines, and strong customer service are essential.

The role supports a flexible schedule with opportunities for telehealth and community work. Applicants should be able to travel as needed and complete required training and assessments.

Qualifications

• Fluent ASL and spoken English language skills.
• Understanding of Deaf culture and NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.
• Three to five years of interpreting experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality video relay service, video remote interpreting, and on-site interpreting for consumers.
• Support the company's mission and values and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and accurate record keeping, and comply with FCC regulations.
