Job summary

ZP Connect is seeking interpreters to provide high-quality American Sign Language interpretation through video, in a call center and on-site at client locations. Fluency in ASL and English, plus accurate interpreting and NAD-RID adherence, are required.

Candidates must pass the skills assessment and complete a 40-hour New Hire Training. Roles may involve telehealth components and occasional travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent ASL and spoken English.
• Must pass the interpreting skills assessment.
• Must complete 40 hour New Hire Training.
• Able to work 12 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective video relay service, video remote interpreting, and on-site interpreting for consumers.
• Provide excellent customer service with a professional attitude.
• Adhere to FCC regulations and NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.
• Travel as required to client sites with valid license and insurance.
