Job summary

Sorenson Communications is expanding its Video Relay Service (VRS) with interpreters for sign-to-voice and voice-to-sign interpretation. Both full- and part-time positions are available in the US and Canada, with shifts across mornings to evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Pass our required skills assessment.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate's or bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret between ASL and spoken English.
• Maintain licensure/certification requirements as applicable.
• Comply with Sorenson standards, FCC regulations and RID Code of Professional Conduct.
• Maintain flexible schedule to meet VRS industry needs.
• Learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
• Work effectively in a team and support colleagues.
