Job summary

ZP Connect seeks a Sign Language Interpreter for flexible 12 hours/week roles across telehealth, video relay, and on-site deployments. You will interpret accurately in ASL and spoken English, uphold NAD-RID codes, and deliver professional, courteous service to diverse customers.

The position emphasizes flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and a commitment to access for deaf and hard-of-hearing communities. Work may be in a call center or client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent ASL and spoken English required.
• Three to five years of interpreting experience preferred.
• Understanding of Deaf culture.
• Knowledge of NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality video relay, video remote, and on-site interpreting.
• Maintain professional conduct and excellent customer service.
• Adhere to FCC regulations and company policies.
• Adapt to new technologies and shifting schedules.
• Complete required training and assessments.
• Travel to client sites as needed.
