Job summary

ZP Connect is hiring a Sign Language Interpreter for Flex 12, averaging 12 hours per week with telehealth and on-site assignments. Candidates must provide fluent ASL and spoken English, interpret accurately, and adhere to NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Fluent ASL and spoken English language skills.
• Accurate interpretation.
• Understanding of Deaf culture.
• NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct familiarity.
• 3–5 years interpreting experience preferred.
• State licensure or credentials if applicable.
• You must be 18 years or older to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective video relay service, video remote interpreting, and on-site interpreting for consumers.
• Support and model the company’s mission and values.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a respectful and professional attitude with customers and colleagues.
• Exhibit professional behavior, punctuality, and preparedness for shifts; maintain accurate records.
• Adhere to FCC regulations and company policies.
