Job summary

Annapurna Labs (U.S.) Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Signal Integrity and Power Integrity Engineer to drive SI/PI for next-generation AWS ML ASICs.

You will work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and validate high-speed interconnects across packaging, PCB, and die technologies. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in SI/PI, experience with Hspice/Sigrity/HFSS, and strong knowledge of SerDes, transmission lines, and electromagnetics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience using time domain and frequency domain tools: Hspice, Sigrity, HFSS, or Microwave Studio
• 3+ years of experience with PCB, Package, interposers (COWOS) and Silicon Technologies
• 3 + years of experience in Transmission line theory and Electromagnetics and its application in SerDes, Single-ended signal and parallel bus interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Define, design and validate SI/PI for AWS next-gen ML ASICs.
• Collaborate across teams to implement SI/PI solutions across packaging and board levels.
• Utilize simulation tools (Hspice, Sigrity, HFSS, Microwave Studio) to address high-speed interconnect challenges.
