Job summary

SP Plus Corporation in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Location Supervisor to lead daily shuttle operations and ensure passenger safety across multiple sites. You will supervise drivers, handle revenue control, and maintain accurate reporting while delivering top-tier customer service.

Qualified candidates have at least one year of supervisory experience, a valid CDL, and DOT compliance knowledge, plus strong communication.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required; some college a plus.
Minimum of one year supervisory experience in transportation or parking.
CDL Class A, B, or C license with Passenger Endorsement as required.
DOT Medical Card required.
Availability for second/third shifts and weekends as needed.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Word).
Knowledge of transportation, DOT regulations, and payroll is strongly desired.
Superior verbal and written communication; proactive leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
Assist in the management of the day-to-day activities of the assigned locations.
Supervise shuttle drivers, parkers and the monitoring of shuttle bus operations.
Ensure appropriate customer interaction. Supervise the completion of all closing reports.
Monitor and implement effective revenue control procedures.
Perform other necessary functions as assigned. Assist with the daily data entry of the revenue reports.
Compile and interpret reports on a daily basis for the operation of the facility.
