Job summary

SP Plus Corporation in Cleveland, OH seeks an SP+ Shuttle Driver with CDL and Passenger Endorsement to operate shuttle buses and transport passengers safely and efficiently. You will uphold the SP+ Promise, assist customers with directions, and ensure a positive experience.

The role requires a valid CDL with passenger endorsement, a DOT Medical Card, ability to work 3rd shift or weekends, and willingness to perform inspections, maintain cleanliness, and handle luggage as needed.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Less than High School education or one month related experience, training or an equivalent combination.
• License: CDL Class A/B/C Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement (CDL with Passenger Endorsement).
• DOT Medical Card: A DOT Medical Card is required.
• Availability to Work: 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.
• Language Skills: Read/write simple instructions and communicate with customers.
• Mathematical Skills: Basic arithmetic with money.
• Appearance: Neat, clean, in uniform.
• Physical Demands: Stand, walk, lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate shuttle buses safely and efficiently for passengers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and assist with directions.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain uniform and arrive on time for shifts.
• Possess valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement and DMV record in good standing.
• Report incidents and safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
