Job summary

SP+ in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a location supervisor to lead day-to-day operations and supervise shuttle drivers. You will ensure customer satisfaction, oversee closing reports, and enforce revenue control procedures. A CDL with passenger endorsement may be required depending on location, per DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required; Some college a plus.
• At least one year of supervisory experience; DOT-regulated shuttle operations experience a plus.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the management of day-to-day activities of the assigned locations.
• Supervise shuttle drivers and monitor shuttle bus operations.
• Ensure appropriate customer interaction and supervise closing reports.
• Monitor and implement effective revenue control procedures.
• Assist with daily data entry of revenue reports.
• Compile and interpret daily operation reports.
