Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, seeks a Shuttle Supervisor to help manage day-to-day shuttle operations at our Portland location. The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and adherence to DOT and company policies. A CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement may be required depending on location.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimal high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimal month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of shuttle operations.
• Assist with management duties as assigned.
• Courteously assist customers and maintain a professional image.
• Support maintenance and repair of equipment as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report accidents or safety concerns to the Facility Manager.
