Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for a DOT shuttle service. You will partner with the on-site manager to schedule, assign, and supervise work while ensuring safety and quality across daily tasks.

CDL Class A/B/C with Passenger Endorsement and a DOT Medical Card are required; some evenings or weekends may be needed. SP+ offers medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior progressive supervisory or management experience in a transportation environment preferred.
• Must have and maintain a valid CDL Class A, B or C Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Willingness to work 2nd/3rd shift and/or weekends as needed.
• Experience ensuring compliance with EPA Clean Water Act and local laws.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare maintenance and cleaning schedules with the on-site manager.
• Oversee daily maintenance staff to complete tasks on time and with quality.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Direct and manage routine cleaning, maintenance and repair work.
• Coordinate power washing, restriping, painting and related tasks.
