Job summary

SP+ (a Metropolis company) is hiring for a shuttle operation role in Windsor Locks, CT. The position supports daily shuttle management, customer service, and safety compliance, with responsibilities including maintenance oversight and adherence to DOT regulations.

Qualifications include a minimal high school diploma or equivalent, related experience, and optional CDL with Passenger Endorsement depending on location. Medical card required; various shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and related experience or training.
• Prior supervisory experience with a DOT-regulated shuttle operations preferred.
• CDL Class A or B Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of a shuttle operation within contractual guidelines and company policies.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the management of day-to-day activities of the assigned locations.
• Assist with management duties as assigned.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment and general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report accidents, safety hazards or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with cleanup of debris, spills and other hazards.
• Know the shuttle operation area, routes, landmarks, and freeways.
• Complete other duties as needed.
