Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a Parking Attendant in Windsor Locks, CT. You will perform vehicle inspections, assist customers, and maintain vehicle readiness while ensuring timely, uniform presence on duty.

The role requires a valid state driver’s license, DOT Medical Card, and willingness to work special shifts including weekends. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401k options.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Less than High School or 1 month related experience.
• License: Valid state driver’s license with current address.
• DOT Medical Card: DOT Medical Card is required.
• Availability to Work: 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.
• Language: Read/write simple instructions and memos; present information one-on-one.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections and assist customers.
• Be at work on time in uniform.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain driving record.
• Maintain clean bus interiors, fuel buses, log trips.
• Assist customers and direct to Facility Manager when needed.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to Facility Manager.
• Communicate debris or spills to garage office.
• Substitute for cashiers or valets when necessary.
• Know the garage area and local landmarks.
