SP Plus Corporation is seeking an on-site Shuttle Operator in Windsor Locks, CT. You will support daily shuttle operations, ensure safety and compliance with DOT rules, and maintain excellent customer service.

CDL license, passenger endorsement, and DOT Medical Card are required, with availability for shift work including weekends as needed. Responsibilities include assisting in operations, helping with maintenance, and reporting incidents promptly.

Qualificações

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; related experience preferred.
• License: CDL Class A/B with Passenger Endorsement depending on location.
• DOT Medical Card is required.
• Availability for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends as needed.
• Oral and written communication skills expected.
• Customer service and adaptability emphasized.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in day-to-day management of shuttle operations within contractual guidelines.
• Support client relations and uphold professional image at the location.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with location operations and maintain equipment as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Be knowledgeable about shuttle routes, landmarks, and area geography.
• Fill in for other positions as needed and perform general duties.
