Job summary

SP+ is seeking a Shuttle Driver in Windsor Locks, CT to operate shuttle buses safely and transport passengers efficiently. CDL with Passenger Endorsement and a DOT Medical Card are required, along with a clean DMV record and a neat uniform presentation.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, assisting passengers, and maintaining logs. Availability for shifts, including potential 3rd shift or weekends, is expected. This is an on-site role with benefits and tip eligibility.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Less than High School or ~1 month related experience.
• License: CDL Class A/B/C with Passenger Endorsement.
• DOT Medical Card: required.
• Availability to work: may include 3rd shift and weekends.
• Language: ability to read/write simple information and communicate with customers.
• Mathematical skills: basic money calculations.
• Appearance: neat, in uniform.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client and customer experience per SP+ Promise.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain bus cleanliness and safety.
• Be on time and in uniform for scheduled shifts.
• Possess valid CDL license and DMV record in good standing.
• Report accidents or safety concerns to Facility Manager.
• Assist customers with luggage and directions as needed.
• Know garage layout and local streets for seamless transport.
