Job summary

SP+ in San Diego seeks a Maintenance Manager for DOT shuttle operations to lead on-site maintenance and cleaning activities. You will schedule work, supervise staff, and ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual tasks while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires CDL, a DOT Medical Card, strong communication skills, and flexibility for shift variations. Prior experience in transportation maintenance is preferred, with competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in transportation preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• CDL Class A/B/C with Passenger Endorsement if operating shuttle buses.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and cleaning schedules with on-site manager.
• Oversee daily maintenance staff to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Inspect ongoing maintenance and cleaning projects for safety and standards.
• Direct and manage routine cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
