Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Shuttle Driver to provide safe, efficient transportation for guests and deliver a welcoming arrival and departure experience at our Kalamazoo property. You will operate and maintain company shuttles, greet guests, assist with luggage, and support event logistics while coordinating with Front Office and other departments.

Requirements include 18+ years of age, a Michigan driver’s license with CDL eligibility, a clean DMV record, and the ability to lift up to 75

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain shuttles, coordinating pickups and drop-offs.
• Greet guests, assist with luggage, and ensure a welcoming arrival and departure experience.
• Maintain shuttle logs, service records, and daily activity reports.
• Keep bell stand and entrances organized and stocked.
• Coordinate transportation for events and high-volume periods.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Security and other departments for seamless operations.

Job DescriptionOverviewAs a multi-functional member of the Front Office team, you will serve as a first and lasting impression for guests—providing exceptional hospitality from arrival to departure. You are responsible for providing safe, efficient, and guest-focused transportation services.
