Job summary

Radisson Plaza Hotel is seeking a shuttle/front office team member to provide safe, efficient transportation and guest-focused service from arrival to departure. You will operate shuttles, assist with luggage, maintain logs, and coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and professional hospitality, with a pay rate of $17/hour and performance-based raises.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Michigan driver’s license and ability to obtain CDL.
• Clean DMV driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to load and unload luggage.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain shuttle vehicles and coordinate pickups/drop-offs.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and keep vehicles clean and guest-ready.
• Greet guests at the entrance and assist with luggage for smooth arrivals and departures.
• Maintain shuttle logs and service records.
• Keep bell stand and entry areas organized and stocked.
• Assist with delivering packages and guest items around the property.
• Coordinate transportation needs for events and high-volume periods.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Security and other departments for seamless operations.
• Identify issues and escalate concerns as needed.
• Be knowledgeable about hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences.
