Job summary

Radisson Plaza Hotel in Michigan is hiring a Shuttle Driver on a part-time basis to provide safe, efficient, guest-focused transportation. You will operate and maintain shuttles, greet guests, assist with luggage, and coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The role requires a valid Michigan driver's license, potential CDL, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Competitive hourly pay starts at $17/hour with performance-based raises.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Michigan Driver’s license and ability to get or already possess a CDL.
• Clean DMV driving record for consideration.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods.
• High integrity and motivation to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain company shuttles, coordinating pickups/drop-offs.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain clean, guest-ready shuttles.
• Greets guests, assists with luggage, and creates a welcoming arrival/departure experience.
• Maintain shuttle logs, service records, and daily activity reports.
• Support front desk and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist with delivering packages and guest items around the property.
