Responsibilities

• Provide an effective deterrent to dishonest behaviors through command presence and professional conduct.
• Maintain a safe, secure store with attention to detail and strong communication with leadership.
• Engage with customers and associates in high-risk shortage areas, promoting service and control.
• Gather indicators of external theft and share findings with store and field leaders.
• Support the store manager with internal controls, audits, and POS monitoring.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training in shortage reduction programs.
• Assist leadership in inventory processes and action plans to reduce shortages.
