Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Shortage Control Lead to mitigate theft and fraud in high-risk areas of the store, while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers and associates.

You will partner with store leadership to train Shortage Control Associates, report incidents, and drive shortage education using Asset Protection programs and policies. This role requires a confident, energetic presence and the ability to manage stressful situations, with flexibility to work

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage customers and associates in a professional manner.
• Experience with loss prevention or asset protection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate theft and fraud in high-risk areas of the store.
• Train and mentor Shortage Control Associates.
• Report theft incidents and support investigations as needed.
• Support store leadership in shortage reduction programs and audits.
