• Document indicators of external theft and coordinate with leadership and law enforcement when needed.
• Assist in internal controls, store audits, and Asset Protection initiatives.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training in shortage-reduction processes.
• Support inventory preparation and action planning to reduce shortage.
• Model safety-first behaviors and address unsafe practices promptly.
