Responsibilities

• Deterrence of theft and fraud by maintaining a visible, authoritative presence.
• Lead and train Shortage Control Associates to follow shortage reduction programs.
• Monitor store activities, conduct audits, and report findings to leadership.
• Collaborate with store management to implement shortage education and awareness initiatives.
• Engage with customers and associates to promote safety and excellent service.
• Assist in inventory processes and asset protection initiatives.
