Job summary

Joybird’s Retail Sales team within La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a driven retail salesperson to deliver an outstanding customer experience in our showrooms. You will open and close the store, supervise when needed, and report sales to leadership while growing your personal clientele.

Responsibilites include maintaining visual standards, collaborating with product and marketing, and turning customer feedback into solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail sales experience with shift supervision experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and perform duties in the absence of management.
• Open and close the store with store keys and alarm code.
• Daily sales reporting to the retail leadership.
• Oversee the sales floor during high volume and drive financial goals.
