Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a retail environment.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to travel locally to store visits and events as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor with energy and optimism, actively selling while setting expectations for the Lovesac selling process and maintaining a strong quote pipeline.
• Own the full customer journey with curiosity, guiding performance and coaching the team to convert, deliver exceptional service, and build lasting client relationships.
• Model expert product knowledge and foster a fun, engaging environment, coaching the team to deliver brand tours and memorable experiences.
• Drive long-term sales growth by building genuine connections that fuel loyalty and repeat business.
• Run the business with confidence, owning P&L performance and ensuring disciplined execution to meet or exceed goals.
