Lovesac is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for our West Acres store in Fargo, ND. You will greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide them through the shopping journey, while delivering exceptional service and meeting sales goals.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail or customer service, strong communication, and comfort using CRM systems. Local travel and peak-period availability are expected. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights, to ensure you capitalize on demand, outperform goals, and maximize your earnings.
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products, assisting customers and utilizing internal CRM systems to enhance customer experience and drive future outreach.
• Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third-party vendors and for occasional meetings using various forms of transportation.
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, handling sensitive business and customer data, customer privacy and ensuring the comfort and safety of persons and property.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift; capable of moving heavy items and assembling furniture on the selling floor.
