• Professional phone etiquette and multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Be the showroom ambassador while helping to sell tile.
• Greet clients entering/leaving the showroom with warmth.
• Log visitor information and log traffic in SFDC.
• Write quotes and check stock for Sales Design Consultants (quotes within 24 hours).
• Schedule appointments and process sample check-outs via Salesforce.
• Maintain showroom appearance and assist with orders and stock checks.
