Ideal candidates have strong communication, CRM knowledge (Salesforce preferred), and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a friendly, professional demeanor in a tile showroom setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and communication skills are essential.
• Solid CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
• Proficient typing speed and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and act as showroom ambassador for tile sales.
• Enter client information and log traffic in SFDC.
• Prepare quotes and check stock for Sales/Design Consultants.
