Job summary

Architectural Ceramics Inc. seeks a Showroom Sales Support to assist the Regional Sales Manager in a client‑facing showroom environment. You will greet visitors, log information, route walk‑ins, prepare quotes, and support Sales & Design Consultants with timely follow‑ups.

Knack for merchandising and strong communication are essential. Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Excel, and typing 60 wpm is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent merchandising, customer service and presentation skills.
• Ability to type 60 wpm and log customer information accurately.
• Solid CRM, computer, systems and math skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Be the showroom ambassador while helping to sell tile.
• Greet clients with a warm welcome and thank them for visiting.
• Log client information and schedule appointments for Consultants.
• Write quotes and check stock for Sales & Design Consultants (quotes within 24 hours).
• Process sample orders and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Maintain showroom appearance and ensure reception area is clean.
