Responsibilities

• Maintain an impeccable showroom appearance with daily cleaning and organization.
• Manage showroom inventory and storage, keeping accurate records.
• Process and receive all showroom deliveries; coordinate installation.
• Oversee showroom signage and pricing updates.
• Maintain and organize the material library of over 100+ global brands.
• Conduct weekly audits of sample collections.
• Order and track incoming materials.
• Handle pulling, packing, and shipping of samples to clients.
• Inventory Management: Coordinate with the web team to align physical inventory updates with the online catalog.
• Systems Management: Assist in implementing and maintaining processes that increase showroom efficiency.

We're seeking an experienced Showroom Operations Lead to join our team in one of the most design-forward cities in the world.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Showroom Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations and presentation of our Chelsea and NoMad locations. This role is integral to the success of our sales team, ensuring the showrooms are always pristine, functional, and reflective of our high design standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, process-driven, and passionate about design and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Showroom Maintenance: Maintain an impeccable showroom appearance with daily cleaning, organization, and presentation as well as coordination with vendors for showroom installations and maintenance needs.
• Showroom Inventory: Manage showroom inventory and storage, keeping accurate records of all items on display and in backstock.
• Shipments and Deliveries: Process and receive all showroom deliveries; coordinate installation, assembly, or removal of furniture and lighting as needed.
• Showroom Signage: Oversee showroom signage and pricing updates to ensure current and accurate product information.
• Materials Library: Maintain and organize the material library of over 100+ global brands.
• Sample Audits: Conduct weekly audits of sample collections to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Sample Tracking: Order and track incoming materials to ensure we maintain full sample library for all represented lines.
• Loan Requests: Handle the pulling, packing, and shipping of samples to clients, tracking outgoing and return shipments.
• Inventory Management: Coordinate with the web team to align physical inventory updates with the online product catalog.
• Systems Management: Assist in implementing and maintaining organizational systems and processes that increase showroom efficiency.
