Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and direction to showroom sales and service to ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Partner and foster a collaborative relationship with Business Development Specialists.
• Create and manage a proactive sales and business development approach to target and convert new prospects.
• Utilize and analyze sales and operations data to drive priorities.
• Collaborate with marketing to identify and develop local events.
• Maintain a clean, visually appealing showroom environment that supports sales objectives.
• Merchandise showroom and manage inventory effectively.
• Develop expertise in POS and operating systems and train staff accordingly.
• Coordinate with internal departments to execute showroom resets, buildouts, and installations.
• Ensure the showroom is prepared for business at the start of each day.
