Job summary

Regency Management Services, operating 75+ locations, seeks a Retail Office Manager for its Ashley Furniture showroom in Warminster, PA. You will lead the office team, coach staff, and ensure accurate and efficient handling of transactions and paperwork.

You will partner with store leadership to support daily operations and exceptional customer experience, while managing schedules, inquiries, and reporting in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Previous office management or customer service experience preferred.
• Leadership experience with the ability to coach and hold team members accountable.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to prioritize and perform in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support office team members.
• Manage office schedules, daily responsibilities, and attendance.
• Greet customers and provide professional service.
• Finalize customer transactions and ensure orders are processed accurately.
• Review orders, updates, and modifications for accuracy.
• Resolve customer concerns in person and over the phone, including escalations.
• Process cash, credit card, and checks per policies.
• Complete daily cash closeout and reconciliation.
• Generate and maintain operational reports.
• Support sales floor operations, pricing, tagging, promotions, and organization.
• Train and onboard new office staff on systems and procedures.
• Complete new hire paperwork and submit to HR on time.
• Maintain office supplies and submit requests as needed.
• Ensure procedures and policies are followed; partner with store leadership.
• Serve as a Key Holder when assigned.
