Regency Furniture is seeking an organized Retail Office Manager to lead daily showroom operations and support the sales team. You will manage the office team, ensure accurate transactions, and resolve customer concerns to maintain a smooth store experience.

You will supervise scheduling, closeout procedures, HR paperwork, and collaborate with Store and Sales Managers to keep operations running efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role with growth opportunities.

• Lead, coach, and support Customer Service Representatives and office team members.
• Manage office schedules, daily responsibilities, and attendance.
• Finalize customer transactions and ensure orders are processed accurately.
• Review sales orders and modifications for accuracy and completion.
• Process cash, credit card, and check transactions according to policy.
• Generate and maintain operational reports.
• Assist with pricing, tagging, promotions, and organization on the sales floor.
• Train and onboard new office team members and submit HR paperwork on time.
