Regency Management Services LLC is seeking a Retail Office Manager for the Ashley Furniture showroom in Warminster, PA. You will lead the office team, support the sales staff, handle transactions, and ensure accurate paperwork to keep the store running smoothly.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills, with proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous office management or customer service experience.
• Ability to coach and lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong math skills for discounts, percentages and transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support office team members.
• Manage schedules, attendance, and daily tasks.
• Greet customers and provide professional service.
• Finalize transactions and ensure order accuracy.
• Review and modify sales orders for accuracy.
• Resolve customer concerns in person or by phone.
• Process cash, credit, and checks per policy.
• Close out daily cash and generate reports.
• Support pricing, tagging, promotions, and store operations.
• Train new office staff and process new hire paperwork.
• Maintain supplies and ensure policy compliance.
