Lovesac is seeking an Assistant Showroom Manager in a fast-paced retail environment. Lead a high-performing sales team, deliver remarkable customer experiences, and drive store performance while upholding Lovesac standards of service and brand integrity.

You will partner with leadership to train staff, maintain visual and sales standards, and contribute to a positive, inclusive culture that puts customers first. This role requires strong communication, adaptability, and hands-on leadership.

Formación

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail management or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods, weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and attend occasional meetings.
• Demonstrate judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in handling finances and customer data.
