Job summary

Lovesac is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Murray, UT store to create a welcoming in-store experience and help customers design our furniture to fit their style and space. If you are passionate about sustainability, relationships, and guiding a team to deliver extraordinary service, join our Lovesac Retail Team.

You will engage customers with Lovesac selling techniques, demonstrate product knowledge, manage quotes and close sales while supporting the team in daily operations.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High-School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of management experience in a retail or customer service environment.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products, assisting customers and utilizing internal CRM systems to enhance customer experience and drive future outreach.
• Support Lovesac's omni‑ channel customer experience by being flexible and able to assist in‑person at your home store, local stores and third‑party vendors, as well as remote customer service shifts.
• Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third‑party vendors and for occasional meetings using various forms of transportation.
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, handling sensitive business and customer data, customer privacy and ensuring the comfort and safety of persons and property.
• Must be able to move objects up to 75 pounds and perform physical store duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers using Lovesac selling techniques.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Lovesac products and services and assist customers while supporting the team.
• Guide customers from initial interest to purchase, managing quotes and closing sales.
• Foster long‑term relationships and brand loyalty through exceptional service.
• Conduct customer outreach using company provided tools and methods.
• Stay updated on selling/promotional strategies and adapt to business changes.
• Maintain a welcoming and visually appealing store following merchandising standards.
• Support daily operations including opening/closing, inventory, exchanges, and promotions.
