This role requires at least 2 years in retail management, strong leadership and CRM skills, and willingness to work weekends and evenings. You’ll oversee operations, training, and brand standards to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
• Must be age 18 or older.
• Availability during weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Ability to travel to local stores and events.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities
