Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Showroom Inside Sales Representative in Timonium, MD. Responsibilities include preparing pricing proposals, supporting bids, and providing product information to outside sales.

You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely orders and maintain documentation for projects. The role requires 1–3 years in sales support or customer service, with preference for those in target-driven environments.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role.
• Experience in a target-driven sales environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage detailed pricing proposals and quotations for products and services across various projects.
• Support new sales opportunities by monitoring bids, researching projects, and assisting with prospecting efforts.
• Provide product and technical information to outside sales representatives, supporting efforts to generate sales in the utility market segment.
• Develop and maintain customer documentation that outlines product information and solution details.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring effective communication, timely order fulfillment, and resolution of issues.
• Oversee and support the full Order-to-Invoice cycle, ensuring quality standards are met and corrective actions are managed.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Maintain regular attendance and complete other duties as assigned.
