Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Hunt Valley, MD is seeking an Inside Sales Representative.

This role prepares detailed pricing proposals and supports bids across projects, providing product and technical information to outside sales teams to drive utility-market sales. You will manage the full order-to-invoice cycle, ensure timely order fulfillment, maintain customer documentation, and liaise with internal teams while adhering to Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales support or customer service.
• Experience in a target-driven sales environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage detailed pricing proposals and quotations for products and services across various projects.
• Monitor bids, research projects, and assist with prospecting efforts.
• Provide product and technical information to outside sales representatives, supporting efforts to generate sales in the utility market segment.
• Develop and maintain customer documentation that outlines product information and solution details.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring effective communication, timely order fulfillment, and resolution of technical or service-related issues.
• Oversee and support the full Order-to-Invoice cycle, ensuring quality standards are upheld and all corrective actions and field quality reports are managed effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, including Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance and complete other duties as assigned.
