This on-site role works with the Outside Sales team, handling behind-the-scenes activities to meet customer needs.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, quick decision-making, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while building relationships and learning product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Prior sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to upsell and identify customer needs.
• Proven ability to respond quickly and make timely decisions.
• Fast-paced environment; follow through on commitments.

Responsibilities

• Work with Outside Sales and Showroom Consultants to handle behind-the-scenes sales functions.
• Provide timely quotations and accurate order processing for Showroom customers and Builders.
• Update customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, answer sales calls.
