Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage pricing proposals and quotations across projects.
• Support new sales opportunities by monitoring bids and prospecting.
• Provide product and technical information to outside sales reps.
• Develop and maintain customer documentation with product details.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams for orders and issues.
• Oversee and support the full order-to-invoice cycle.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
• Maintain attendance and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Role includes training in the warehouse, yard, and sales counter.
