Lansing Building Products, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to serve as the showroom's main contact for customers. The role involves handling calls, processing orders, and preparing quotes for windows and exterior building products based on architect plans.

You will develop strong product knowledge to deliver exceptional service and use our inventory system to fill orders; occasional warehouse help may be required.

Formación

• Prior sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Demonstrates integrity and commitment to customer service.
• Interest in sales/retail through experience or education.
• Ability to work with customers both in teams and independently.
• Proficient with computer systems and basic keyboard skills.
• Goal-oriented with willingness to take on new challenges.
• Knowledge of building principles is a plus.
• Able to lift/move boxes up to 70 pounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual / Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary contact for customers visiting the showroom.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and process orders.
• Prepare quotes for windows and exterior building products based on plans.
• Develop product knowledge to provide excellent service.
• Use inventory system to fill orders and manage inventory.
• Assist in the warehouse, including loading/unloading materials as needed.
