Lansing is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to be the main point of contact for customers visiting the showroom in our shop. You will handle calls, process orders, and prepare quotes for windows and exterior building products.

A strong focus on customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork will help you succeed in this role. You will use our inventory system to fulfill orders and maintain stock, with additional duties in the warehouse as needed.

Formación

• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 70 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Be the primary contact for customers visiting the showroom.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and process orders.
• Prepare quotes for windows and exterior building products.
• Develop thorough knowledge of Lansing's products and services to provide exceptional service.
• Use the inventory system to fill orders and maintain stock.
• Assist in the warehouse with loading/unloading materials as needed.
