Job summary

Lansing Building Products, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to serve as the showroom’s primary contact, handling inquiries, processing orders, and preparing quotes for windows and exterior building products.

The role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and computer skills, with importance placed on integrity and a proactive, goal-oriented approach. Warrants familiarity with building products and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience preferred, but not required.
• High integrity and commitment to customer service.
• Interest in sales/retail from experience or education.
• Work effectively in a team and with customers independently.
• Computer skills including keyboard and monitor.
• Goal-oriented with willingness to take on challenges.
• Knowledge of building principles/products is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 70 pounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual/Spanish proficiency a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes for windows and exterior building products.

• Use the inventory system to fill orders and maintain stock.
