Lansing Building Products, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to serve as the primary showroom contact, handle calls and orders, and prepare quotes for exterior building products. You will build product knowledge to deliver exceptional service and utilize the inventory system to manage stock.

Candidate should have strong communication and customer-service focus, with the ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work well with a team and independently.

Responsabilités

• Be the primary point of contact for customers visiting the showroom.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, answer inquiries and process orders.
• Prepare quotes for windows and exterior building products based on architect plans.
• Develop thorough knowledge of Lansing's products and services to provide exceptional service.
• Use the inventory management system to fill orders and manage stock.
• Assist in warehouse duties as needed (loading/unloading materials).
