Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Embody Lansing's mission and values in daily showroom interactions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the showroom.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and process orders.
• Prepare quotes for windows and exterior building products based on plans.
• Provide exceptional service by developing product knowledge.
• Use the inventory system to fill orders and manage stock.
• Assist in warehouse tasks including loading/unloading materials as needed.
