Job summary

TileBar is seeking a Showroom Design Consultant to engage clients and provide expert design guidance in a fast-paced showroom environment. You will curate materials, create design boards, and guide customers through product selections and project planning.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, sales targets, and collaboration with the local team to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Weekend and evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in retail, showroom, or luxury sales environments.
• Experience in tile, natural stone, textiles, furniture, building materials, or supply chain industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients as the primary contact, delivering expert advice and addressing inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Curate materials and design boards reflecting client needs for residential and commercial projects.
• Manage sales process from quoting to order fulfillment and CRM logging.
