Job summary

TileBar is seeking a Showroom Design Consultant in Burlington, MA to assist homeowners, designers, architects, contractors, and installers with personalized service and expert product guidance.

You will curate materials, create design boards, and manage quotes, orders, and samples while building lasting client relationships in a fast-paced showroom setting. Competitive base salary plus commissions empowers growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of sales or customer service experience in retail, showroom, or luxury sales.
• Experience in tile, natural stone, textiles, furniture, building materials, or supply chain is a plus.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through consultative selling.
• Strong relationship-building and client-first mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering expert advice, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and a seamless experience.
• Design & Consultation: Curate materials and recommend the ideal products for a wide range of residential and commercial applications. Create custom room packages and design boards that reflect the needs and desires of our clients.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of TileBar’s product offerings, brand values, and industry trends, and share this knowledge with clients to provide the best solutions.
• Sales & Order Management: Handle the entire sales process, from quoting and order fulfillment to processing purchase orders and sample requests. Ensure all sales activities are logged and tracked within our CRM system.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with local team to ensure all brand standards are met. Work in partnership across the organization to ensure timely and efficient order processing and delivery.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long‑lasting client relationships, helping to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Brand Ambassador: Be a consistent and positive representation of TileBar’s brand image and culture in all interactions. Upholding our values, vision and commitment to exceptional customer service. This may include additional duties as requested.
