TileBar in Burlington, MA is seeking a Showroom Design Consultant to guide clients from homeowners to designers through product selection and room packages.

You will curate materials, provide expert advice, manage the sales process from quotes to orders, and log activities in our CRM, collaborating with the local team to uphold brand standards.

This role offers a competitive base salary plus commission incentives and requires flexibility for retail hours and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of sales or customer service experience in retail/showroom or luxury sales environments.
• Experience in tile, natural stone, textiles, furniture, building materials, or supply chain industries is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, delivering expert advice and resolving issues.
• Curate materials and design boards for residential and commercial projects.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of TileBar products and brand values.
• Handle sales processes from quoting to order fulfillment and CRM logging.
• Collaborate with local team to ensure brand standards and timely order delivery.
• Build lasting client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Represent TileBar brand positively in all interactions.
